After Satomi enjoyed 15 years of corporate life in a global firm as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company including assisting the office manager and mentoring staff members, she met “Co-Active” in 2002 and became faculty of CTI in 2005. Since then, her strong stand and passion became in unlocking the inner resources and power within human beings (not human doings). At her early career at CTI Japan, she enjoyed translating the Co-Active coaching book and the materials as well as being a workshop/program translator for experiential learning. She also enjoyed leading the “Ship for World Youth Leaders” program run by Cabinet Office, Government of Japan which empowers global young leaders into an inside-out leadership. Along continuous passion as a faculty for coaching courses and Leadership Program, she designs her own workshops - effortless leadership style and opening 5 senses based on the Delicate Lodge Teachings (Mother Earth’s widsom) as an effortless wholeness leadership context.
