Refresh Your Coaching Skills
The Co-Active Refresher course is designed exclusively for coaches who have completed their Co-Active coach training.
In a 1-day intensive recap of your learning, you’ll reconnect with the Co-Active model and revisit the core principles fromFundamentals to Synergy. Whether you’ve been out of the classroom for 10 days or 20 years, this course will re-immerse you in the world of Co-Active coaching and let you hone your skills in a small, intimate cohort.
We will cover content from each of the intermediate courses, so you must have completed the Co-Active coach training curriculum, including Synergy.
There is no prerequisite to participate in this course. It can be taken stand-alone and is recommend to anyone seeking practical systems for managing relationships with others, or interested in using coaching skills in their current profession, even if your goal is not to become a professional coach.
