Connie is a highly skilled leadership developer. She is a Faculty Member, Trainer, Coach Supervisor and Certification Examiner for Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). A Master Certified Coach at International Coach Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach CPCC, a Certified Stakeholder Centered Executive Coach who provides executive coaching, team coaching and facilitating to global organizations. Connie has been receiving training and practicing in mindfulness since 2012. She applies tools and methodologies of mindfulness widely with leadership development and executive coaching. She believes once the leaders gained a deeper level of self-awareness and became more conscious and mindful in actions and responses, they are able to identify and manage their unintended impact, to understand why they do what they do, to use their impact in a way that is more powerful and inspirational. Connie blends her past managerial experiences in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Human Resources and General Management with coaching and the practices in mindfulness to create transformation within leaders at all levels. Her hands-on business experience and education background allows her to work easily with executives and teams to ensure synergy and change.
