Marjoleine is passionate about supporting leaders, teams, and organizations to thrive in complexity and evolve their leadership mindset. Her work helps people grow personally and professionally by connecting more deeply, living more fully and transforming the relationships that matter most in their lives. One of the first coaches to integrate Co-Active with adult stage development and agile transformation, Marjoleine has trained many senior leaders to use Co-Active as a catalyst for accelerating the move to Creative Leadership. Her collaboration with The Leadership Circle has taken the unique combination of Co-Active and TLC to leaders and teams worldwide. In 2021, her partnership with two teams of a biotech company resulted in a unique ICF Prism Honorable Mention for the COVID pandemic response. Marjoleine has lived and worked in the U.S. and Europe, bringing deep cultural awareness to all her work. She currently resides in the Netherlands with her husband and three teenage children.
