Alberto is a multicultural, multilingual executive coach and leadership trainer with extensive experience working with senior leaders across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East. He specializes in helping leaders transition to the next level of leadership, creating a space of trust and empowerment that fosters growth. Known for his humanity and expertise in leadership, facilitation, and emotional intelligence, Alberto helps clients build trust in themselves and their teams, while aligning their personal power with their values and those of their organizations.

Alberto’s coaching focuses on four integral aspects of being: mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Clients learn to integrate and self-manage these intelligences, enabling them to project authentic confidence and inspire others. He works with leaders driven to make a meaningful impact, seeking to express their truth authentically while honoring who they are and who they are becoming.

Alberto’s experience spans Leadership Training, Executive Coaching, and Coach Training. He has led leadership training programs across Europe, North and South America, and works with senior and C-suite leaders across diverse cultures. In Coach Training, Alberto has been with The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) since 2011, training nearly 100 groups of multinational coaches and supervising hundreds of students.

Alberto holds two master’s degrees in design from the University Internazionale dell’Arte (Italy) and Universidad de Chile, bringing a creative edge to his coaching. He is certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coach Federation (PCC), and is a certified Leadership Circle 360 and Master Tilt Practitioner. He has also completed specialized training in Neuroscience and Coaching.

Outside of coaching, Alberto is an advanced snow skier, mountain biker, and a talented artist, skilled in painting, drawing, and sculpture.
