She is a CTI faculty member and an active Individual Supervisor, Group Supervisor and Examiner in the Coactive Certification Program.

She has a combined education in Psychology and an MBA, 10 years of Human Resources leadership experience with prominent companies in technology, finance and construction industries and 14 years as a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) in executive and career coaching in diverse industries and cultures.

Beatriz has lived and worked in London, Spain, South America. Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Dubai, giving her unique insight to the challenges faced in the global market. Her client roster spans EU-UK, LATAM, U.S.A and the Middle East.
