I have 30+ years of leadership experience as a consultant and business owner. I’ve been coaching leaders at various levels since 2015. I am a certified professional Co-Active coach (CPCC) and a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. I’m also a faculty member with Co-Active, responsible for delivering our core coach training programs. And I come with a wide array of other fancy but useful certifications and training including Integrative Enneagram, and the Leadership Circle Profile.

My mission is to empower a deeper connection with self to better our relationship with others and our work in the world. And I bring that into workplaces with executives and their teams, with families, and in group coaching for men of color.

Outside of work I love to cook, golf with my wife, read, and play my drums.
