An experienced Executive Coach for senior leaders in organizations across the US and Canada. Deborah is committed to humanizing organizational cultures in which leaders and their leadership teams consciously create a productive and rewarding experience of work.
While leaders are expected to solve other people’s problems, they often neglect to consider their own aspirations. As an Executive Coach, Deborah provides a reflective environment for leaders to slow down amidst the busyness of work to identify what is most important and articulate the impact they want to have in their organization and beyond. These thought-provoking conversations leverage the leader’s strengths, mitigate their limiting beliefs resulting in a sustainable and gratifying work experience, and a leadership legacy of which they can be proud.
Since 2001, Deborah has been a Senior Faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute‚; educating emerging coaches, consultants, and professionals on the requisite competencies associated with extraordinary leadership and is a Mentor Coach for Certification students.
Deborah is an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Assessor and Senior Coach and Consultant with the Leadership Circle, conducting 360 Debriefs to C-Suite Leaders and mentoring others on how to conduct insightful debriefs and develop meaningful leader development plans.
