Einav is a leader, Coach, Team Coach, Master Healer, Psychotherapist and the Co-Founder of “Be-Light”. Her vision is to awake transformation in organizations and people who dare to dream and fulfill a courageous leadership based on their values and visions. Fulfilling her vision, she works with individuals and teams in the fields of leadership development, coaching skills as leadership skills, creating a positive workplace culture, managing change and as an internal coach at various public and governmental organizations. She is known as a powerful, sharp as a laser, uncompromising coach who opens people’s hearts. Her previous IT career and education includes an extensive experience in projects and management roles, marketing and business development. Einav is the “Be Light” Change Agent for people, teams and leaders.
