Gulruh works as a transformation agent, helping leaders and organizations become more effective and purposeful. She has extensive experience in consulting large global companies from diverse industries. She does address the topics both ‘above and below the table’ that lead to choices and change in organizations. Her clients describe her as resourceful, engaging, caring and calling forth.

Having a BA in Business Administration from University of Istanbul, she has worked for big financial institutions such as Garanti Bank and Merrill Lynch.

She holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Coaching and Consulting, with distinction from INSEAD Business School, France.

Gulruh has over 4000 hours of coaching experience, she coaches leaders and executive teams in both in local and international organizations. She also has extensive experience in designing and implementing tailor made transformational leadership trainings. She coaches people toward: agile leadership, achieving personal and professional goals, making important transitions, growth and satisfaction at work and enhanced efficacy toward relationships.

She is Faculty for Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), co-leading coach training workshops internationally and supervising and examining coaches in certification.
She is also faculty at INSEAD Business School where she coaches leaders from many global organizations who attend the executive programs.

Her life and work is driven by the question ‘what is possible?’. She dreams of continuing to live her life, full of learning, expansion and enjoyment.

She is married, with two children of ages 26 and 23, and resides in Istanbul. She is a keen traveler, yoga practitioner/instructor and art admirer. An avid hiker, she uses every opportunity to get herself in nature. She finds that her mindfulness practices help her be centered and intentional in this fast paced world.
