1.Since 2010 I am senior facilitator, coach and consultant. Faculty member for CTI on leadership and coaching programs, and supervisor for the certification program. Previously I have developed my corporate career for 12 years as a manager in several multinational companies in the areas of marketing and business development, leading teams and projects.
2.BSc In Marketing, MBA from ESADE Business School. I am also trained in several methods and theories to work with teams and executives like ProcessCom, Systemic coaching ORSC, Marshall Goldsmith approach, The leadership Circle, Vertical learning (GLP Profile -Bill Torbert), Gestalt Therapist and Co-active certified coach- PCC.
3.Specialized in leadership development, team effectiveness and individual executive coaching, and has extensive experience in diverse industries. My passion is to co-create the space for brilliant conversations where leaders can evolve to serve the needs of the world.
4.I love sharing an Argentinean barbecue with my family and friends and enjoying time in nature.
