Jonelle is an international master coach, change facilitator, process designer and consultant with experience in individual and human systems transformation of over 20 years. Jonelle has coached and worked with organisations across sectors, industries, cultures, and all continents since 2002. She partners with organisations and their people to be systems aware and exceptional – dissolve inner conflict and obstacles, increase emotional range and resilience, expand in systems intelligence and resilience, and deepen their sense of purpose and joy.

Professionally, Jonelle fulfils many roles: She is the managing director of the international nniDialogue Institute (a consultancy and training provider), and founder and chairperson of the non-for-profit nni Ignite (a movement that ignites and spreads systemic dialogue on community, national, and global level). She furthermore consults privately for various corporate clients and UN agencies, mostly at senior management and board level. Jonelle is also a senior member of the faculty of CTI where she trains coaches and new members of faculty.
