Kevin Craig is a globally recognised executive coach, leadership facilitator, and faculty leader at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). With over 30,000 hours of coaching and facilitation experience, he has trained thousands of professionals in CTI’s Co-Active coaching model, helping them lead with authenticity and impact. He also serves as a faculty leader for the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP).
Kevin studied an MBA (Kingston University, UK), and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Kinesiopractic (ICPKP, NZ). He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC, ICF), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a Leadership Circle Profile Certified Practitioner.
As the Founder & CEO of Craig Consultants (since 1997), Kevin has coached leaders across industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. His firm has been consistently awarded Best Executive Coaching Company Middle East. He also co-founded BeDo Academy & GRIP Arabia, focusing on leadership growth and implementing the Bloom Growth Operating System in the Middle East.
Kevin’s expertise includes Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Coaching, Culture Transformation, High-Performance Coaching, and Energy Psychology. He is also a certified YPO & EO Forum Facilitator and DISC Practitioner.
A published author, Kevin co-wrote Polar Bears and Penguins, a book on transforming polarised organisations into high-performing cultures. A passionate adventurer, he spends winters camping in the desert and summers scuba diving or skydiving. The Kingdom of Bahrain is home where he shares his life with his wife Khulood, a fellow coach and business partner.
