MARY OLK, Ph.D. has been an Executive and Leadership Development Coach for over 25 years. As an ICF credentialed coach, Mary works with clients from all walks of life and across the globe creating transformative change at work, in relationships, and in life. She loves coaching 1:1 with CHANGEMAKERS – high performing people in leadership positions who create a productive and supportive culture in the workplace. And even though she takes her work seriously, she has a knack for making the transformational work of coaching inspiring and fun.
Mary has a passion for teaching coaching skills in public and corporate settings and has been doing that as a faculty member for the Co-Active Training Institute since 1997. She’s led courses in the Coach Training core curriculum, facilitated oral exams and currently guides learning in the Certification Program as an Individual and Group Supervisor.
For fun, Mary loves to do yoga, go for early morning walks, cross-country ski, and travel with her family. Mary and her husband are busily feathering their empty nest in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
