I have been a front of room leader for CTI since 2008; and I have a masters’ degree in Management Development and Training, and a postgraduate diploma in coaching supervision. Since 2017 I have been a student with Margaret Wheatley on her Warriors for the Human Spirit programme, and I have also studied trauma-informed coaching with Thomas Hübl.
Outside my work for CTI I have been involved in leadership development programmes for various organisations.
In my private practice, I love supporting other coaches through supervision – this includes new coaches who are not going straight into Certification, and experienced coaches who want to continue their development after Certification.
Being outdoors has always been important to me, and I now combine this with coaching. Being outside in Nature (and with mobile phones this works wherever in the world my clients are) adds so much to the coaching experience. It is much more than just ‘going for a walk’ – it is amazing to see how the more-than-human world supports the coaching, and becomes a partner to the process.
