Before coaching entered my life, I worked for almost 20 years in various senior sales and marketing management positions .My lengthy corporate experience in two very different countries and cultures – in combination with 19 years of coaching individuals and training leaders and teams – has given me a unique perspective which I bring to all my client work; I am able to identify deeply with the daily stress and challenges of colleagues of all kinds of organizations, especially women professionals.

As faculty member of CTI in the Certification program, I work as CPL, Group Supervisor and examiner since 2009. I also work as faculty for THNK, School of Leadership based in Amsterdam.

I have a masters degree in Physic Science and Markentig Management.
I am a professionally Certified Coach (PCC) . I am also certified in MBTI I & II and in the 360 assessment tool by TLCP. I have trained in Voice Dialogue with Robert Stamboliev; Presence Based Coaching with Doug Silsbee; Leadership Embodiment with Wendy Palmer; Relationships and Systems Coaching by CRR; and Leadership by CTI. Integrative Embodiment Process, with Antonio Olmos. Reclaiming the Mythical Feminine, with Faranak Mirjalili. Finding Ourselves in Fairytales: A Narrative Psychological Approach program, in the PTa Graduate Institute. And a number of different programs on the Enneagram.

Currently I focus my coaching practice in three areas:
– Leadership
– Cancer patients
– My program for women: Rewilding yourself and Reclaiming your voice.

I love storytelling and I regularly share my stories in Mezrab, an Amsterdam based platform for storytelling and an important initiator in the development of storytelling as an art form in the Netherlands.
