Ute is a coach, supervisor and mentor specializing in coach education and transition coaching. She has been a CTI Faculty Member since 2007 and her current roles include Individual and Group Supervisor, Certification Program Leader and Front of the Room Leader. Ute has a Master’s Degree in Business with over 15 years of global leadership experience in the software industry and more than 20 years of coaching experience with a global client base. Ute is German, based in Germany and lived in California for five years. She is a truth-seeker, personal growth and dance enthusiast.
