To become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), you must complete our full Coach Training program, widely recognized as the industry’s most rigorous certification program and is accredited by the ICF. The path includes our Fundamentals of Coaching course and four intermediate courses.

Upon completion of the Coach Training Program, you can pursue the prestigious Co-Active certification through our 25-week program, designed to deepen your coaching mastery. Weekly sessions build upon each other through a supervised, self-guided, group, and individual experience as you earn your hours and experience to become certified.
