Intermediate Co-Active Coach Training

After completing Co-Active Fundamentals (Step 1), you are ready for Intermediate Co-Active Coach Training (Step 2) where you begin developing the core principles of coaching, and integrate all of the learning.

Intermediate Co-Active Coaching Training builds on the learning from Co-Active Fundamentals with a series of courses that explore essential coaching principles: Fulfillment, Balance, Process, and Synergy. This immersive level of training fosters expansive development, at both a personal and professional level. You will establish a reliable coaching framework and gain competency in Co-Active coaching: one of the fastest-growing, most in-demand leadership skills.

Completing this program will prepare you to coach anyone, on any topic, with confidence—supported by the Co-Active Model: the most flexible and proven model in the coaching world.

You will also be prepared for Professional Coach Certification (Step 3), where your path to coaching mastery will culminate with the prestigious designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
