In the first retreat, participants focus inward to explore the identity, purpose, and patterns that shape their leadership. Using the Co-Active proprietary “I AM Typing” system, you’ll discover your true essence and claim your unique leadership identity.

This retreat emphasizes the power of relationships and teaches leaders how to create through collaboration and connection. You’ll learn to navigate challenging conversations, bridge divides, and leverage the “third way” — a method for finding creative solutions beyond binary choices.

The third retreat invites you to explore the “unseen” elements that influence your leadership — the energetic field, space, and timing. As a leader, you will deepen your capacity to sense beyond the obvious and develop a heightened awareness of systemic dynamics. You’ll also learn to lead through experiences and agendas that align others into a shared vision.

Create from EVERYTHING: Leading through chaos, integration, and expansion

Duration: 5 Days

In the Leadership Program’s final retreat, you’ll be challenged to lead in chaos, complexity, and conflict, emphasizing intentional impact and leading in turbulent environments. You’ll learn to trust yourself, stay present, and integrate everything you’ve learned from previous retreats. You will also be invited to step into your full leadership range and co-create new possibilities with your cohort.
