The Co-Active Leadership Workshop is an introductory experience for students ready to understand their leadership capacity and growth potential. The three-day live online intensive connects leaders and unlocks self-awareness of their core strengths, instincts, and values to increase confidence in their capacity to create meaningful change. The Leadership Model examines leadership from five dimensions — Within, In Front, Behind, Beside, and In the Field — setting the stage for a more robust and comprehensive Co-Active Leadership Program.
