Fatima is the founder of a corporate coaching and leadership training firm in Dubai, UAE. She is an executive and leadership development Certified Co-Active coach, and Master Certified Coach by ICF. In her team facilitation and working with organizations, she is the advocate of “Servant Leadership” through deep connection and courageous authenticity. She supports the clients from purpose to impact to improve the ‘human side of business’. Her clients are board level executives and leadership teams in Fortune 100 companies and Government officials. Fatima has more than 18 years of experience with human interactions and behavior through the positions she held in multinational corporations in business development, marketing, and human resources. She brings extensive depth and understanding of working with different cultures and ethnicities. Fatima is authentic, disciplined, and truly passionate in growth of her clients and the work she does in the world.
