Online Learning Now Available
In response to Covid-19 CTI is offering Co-Active learning experiences online. Participants can now experience CTI’s unique Co-Active learning style and the same rigorous curriculum from wherever they are. Each online experience will follow the same structure as in-person courses, with two experienced CTI leaders and two assistants. All courses count towards CTI program requirements and accreditation with International Coach Federation (ICF).
This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your journey and help CTI and our community continue making Co-Active experiences more accessible in the world.

Policies
Participants understand that all Co-Active experiences are:
- Offered in accordance with CTI’s standard terms and conditions, and
- Online courses are recorded for training purposes.
- CTI, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove from an online classroom a student who is negatively impacting other participants and/or the learning environment.
Requirements for online attendance
Due to the experiential nature of Co-Active learning it is important that participants understand that attendance to online courses follows the same agreements as in-person courses, as well as the following requirements for online participation:
Focused Attention, Controlled Environment
In order to participate you will need a quiet location with no interruptions for the duration of each course session.
Desktop or Laptop Computer
Mobile devices such as tablets, phones or iPads are not permitted.
Internet Connection
Minimum speed of 2.0 Mbps. To test your internet speed, go to www.speedtest.net to determine if your internet speed meets the minimum requirement.
