Master your coaching craft by becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), recognized as the most rigorous and respected coach training and certification in the industry. The CPCC designation is the global “gold standard” in coaching certification.

The curriculum for becoming a CPCC is one of the first in the world accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

The Experience

Personal Supervision & Feedback

To become a great coach, you need endless practice. In this program, you’ll experience in-depth coaching practice, gained through a rigorous program of advanced-level training, supervision, assessment, and feedback.

Build Your Business

As a part of the program, you’ll be required to have paying clients. Participating in this program will help you build your coaching practice. Path to Mastery

After participating in this program, you will have substantially raised your coaching effectiveness and your potential for success as a professional coach.

What to expect

Program Duration
6 Months

Certification is a 25-week program.

Classes
1 times /Week

All classes are typically scheduled on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Homework
3-5 Hours / Week

Expect to spend at least 3 to 5 hours per week on certification, in addition to coaching.

Prerequisites

1. Complete all 5 courses in the Co-Active Coach Training Core Curriculum

This includes: Co-Active Fundamentals, Co-Active Fulfillment, Co-Active Balance, Co-Active Process, and Co-Active Synergy.

2. Hire (or be working with) a certified Co-Active coach

You will meet with your coach at least 1 hour/month throughout your Coach Certification program. They must be a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Accreditation

The Co-Active coaching and certification curriculum is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), approved by the California Bureau for Private and Postsecondary Education (BPPE), approved by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), and recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education (ACE).
