My early career was in finance, where I spent 10 years working in client relationship roles in Europe and Asia before moving into my passions of social science, psychology and management.

Since joining CTI, I’ve held front-of-room training (FORL), supervision, certification and examiner roles, as well as a Corporate Trackholder function for corporate-related content. I’m also currently one of CTI’s partners for Co-Active in Singapore.

My professional focus areas are organisational development, communication psychology and executive impact/presence.

Outside of my work, I’m a travel, food and motorcycle junkie!
