It also meets International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 requirements, including mentor coaching and performance evaluation, for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) application pathway.

Practice Pods for Real Coaching and Feedback
Practice pods are small-group coaching sessions where you practice live coaching with other participants each week.
Throughout the courses, you’ll meet with the same nine to ten fellow practitioners. Each two-hour session gives you multiple opportunities to practice real coaching skills in a safe environment. You rotate through three perspectives—coaching, being coached, and observing—in coaching conversations:
- As coach: Practice your skills in real conversations with genuine stakes.
- As client: Experience coaching from the client perspective to improve your approach.
- As observer: Analyze coaching sessions and develop precise feedback skills.
Individual and Group Supervision
Precise Feedback for Targeted Development
Coaching supervision provides structured feedback on your sessions to identify patterns, uncover blind spots, and improve performance.
You’ll work with an experienced coach supervisor in both individual and group sessions to help you navigate complex coaching dynamics and prepare you for the CPCC certification assessment.
Individual sessions give your supervisor the context to identify your particular growth edges and track your development across the program. Group sessions let you learn from the patterns and challenges of your cohort.

CPCC Credential Value
What is CPCC Certification
The value of the CPCC credential comes from how coaches are trained, evaluated, and prepared to work across a wide range of real-world coaching scenarios.

Demonstrated ability to coach across topics and client types
This depth is what makes the credential meaningful to sophisticated clients and organizations, and what distinguishes CPCC holders from coaches with narrower or less rigorously assessed credentials.

Meets ICF PCC application requirements
Deepen the Work is an ICF Level 2 accredited program that includes the training hours and mentor coaching required to apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

Global recognition
The CPCC is held by coaches in more than 120 countries. CTI has trained over 150,000 coaches and leaders since 1992, making it one of the most established credentials in professional coaching.

Access to the Co-Active professional community
CPCC holders join an international network with continued access to advanced training, peer development resources, and the Co-Active community of practice.
