Foundations is an immersive day of dialogue, practice, and discovery that brings clarity to the Co-Active models, frameworks, language and way of life. You’ll explore how you show up with yourself, with others, and in the moments that matter most, and leave with tools you can use right away. It’s the natural beginning for anyone drawn to transformational coaching and specifically wanting to explore the Co-Active way.

Become a Coach:

Co-Active Practitioner (CAP) Package

Co-Active training program badges combined

Includes: Foundations + Ignite the Practice
Leads to: CAP designation

Start with Foundations, and then move to Ignite the Practice where you’ll develop powerful Co-Active coaching skills in real time. You’ll observe coaching demonstrations and practice using the Co-Active model with others in your cohort while receiving guidance and feedback from two seasoned Co-Active teachers. This path leads to the CAP designation and lays the groundwork for full certification.

Pursue Accreditation:

Co-Active Practitioner (CAP) + ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Package

Includes: Everything in CAP, plus 11 hours of mentor coaching
Leads to: CAP designation, prepared to pursue ICF ACC

Carry the skills you’ve built in Ignite the Practice toward a recognized credential. This path includes everything in the CAP package, plus 11 hours of mentor coaching in small groups and one-on-one sessions with expert Co-Active coaches. You’ll be fully prepared to pursue the ICF ACC credential, with guidance at every step.

Full Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) Package

Includes: Foundations + Ignite the Practice + Deepen the Work, plus mentor coaching and education hours
Leads to: CPCC credential, ready to apply for ICF PCC

The complete journey, from your first coaching skills to the CPCC credential. After Foundations and Ignite the Practice, Deepen the Work offers five advanced modules led by master faculty, small-group practice pods, and one-on-one feedback on your real coaching sessions. It also includes the mentor coaching and education hours required to apply for your ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. Choose Fast Track for a structured five-month schedule, or Flex Track to move at your own rhythm.
