Chang spent 10 years in top laboratories around the world learning about DNAs and proteins, training herself to be a scientist and learning about life from the angle of science. She then transitioned to become a coach, working with people in tech, education, and training to help them create more intentional and lasting impacts, continuing her learning about life from a different angle. Chang’s clients include coaches, educators, leaders, experts, and anyone who is passionate about deeply influencing the people in their communities by becoming a better leader themselves. Chang offers coaching in English and Chinese.
