My first introduction to the Co-Active work was in 1999 at the time in Vancouver, BC where I went through my own training. In 2005 I brought CTI as a partner, together with Ute Kueffner to Germany and have been co-leading the Core Curriculum as a Front-of-the-room Leader ever since. The majority of my clients are in the Organisational Domain, either Individuals, Groups or Teams. I often lead Leadership Development – and Transformation Intensive Programs. One of my specialties is decision making in Complex Environments and working with Complex Adaptive Systems.

Prior to Coaching I worked in the Shipping and Logistics Industry in leadership positions internationally. I studied International Relations and Political Science in Vancouver. I have lived in 6 different countries. I love sailing and being at the seaside.
