Valeria Vélez

Valeria Vélez is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over a decade of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and team facilitation. She has been a faculty member at The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) since 2016, training and mentoring coaches worldwide.

A Mexican coach fluent in English and Spanish, Valeria holds a Master’s degree in Innovation for Business Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, blending her expertise in psychology, innovation, and coaching. She is also certified in Leadership Circle Profile and LEGO® Serious Play, offering dynamic and transformative coaching experiences.

With more than 1,500 hours of individual coaching and extensive experience coaching teams, Valeria specializes in self-leadership, global leadership development, and high-performance team dynamics. She works with executives and organizations across industries, helping them build empowering mindsets, navigate complexity, and lead with authenticity.

In addition to working with leaders, Valeria is also a mentor for both leaders and coaches. She supports coaches in their certification journey and those looking to grow their careers as professional coaches, helping them refine their skills and establish a strong coaching practice.

Beyond her professional work, Valeria is passionate about exploring mystical places around the world, constantly seeking inspiration and deeper understanding of human transformation. When at home, she enjoys painting, diving into leadership psychology, and relaxing with her dog and cat.
