I like to go to adventurous, meaningful places – metaphorically and literally. I have a passion for making the work environment more humane and supporting humans in bringing more of who they are to the world.
I am a senior faculty member of Co-Active Training Institute. Since joining in 2006, I’ve held front-of-room training (FORL), certification programme leader (CPL), supervision, and examiner roles, as well as a Trackholder function for the Balance course. I also am one of Co-Active Training Institute’s associate partners who deliver Co-Active courses in corporate environments.
I started my post university career in Financial and Corporate Communications, where I advised major European organisations during capital market transactions, and managed international projects involving share-offer marketing, mergers & acquisitions and investor relations.
Since coming to the world of coaching, I have actively sought out varied, multi-cultural settings and environments and have worked with people from 6 continents, a large number of different countries and cultures, and various spiritual beliefs. Diversity helps me to challenge my own as well as systemic assumptions and think out of the box. Over the years, I have developed a strong focus on Leadership- and Team coaching, Diversity and Gender-Balance topics.
Some of my other facets are wife, mother of three, dog mum, sister, best when outdoors, business owner, board member, book worm, loving friend, truth teller, selective sports enthusiast, coffee snob and more.
