It has been 24 years since I walked into my first Co-Active Coaching course and it has been an amazing ride ever since! I have coached and trained people all over the world as a Coach, workshop leader, Certication Pod leader and Supervisor. Coaching and being part of the Co-Active community has offered a level of fulfillment in my life and work that I could not have imagined at the start. There is simply nothing like this work and the people who do it.

My education prepared me for a life in the business world, where I specialized in sales and training in the world of financial services. Since I made my exit from that type if work it has been a delight to return and serve leaders in the corporate world in a different way – as a coach. I love to support emerging leaders as they find their footing and build their confidence and leadership style with intention.

In addition to my work as a Leadership Coach I also love to work with students in Co-Active Training Institute’s Certification Program as Mentor Coach. It is a delight to model and share what I have learned in 2.5 decades!

Things I love to do outside of work include improv, singing in a choir, hiking and traveling as much as possible to see this wild world we share.
