I have always been fascinated by what happens when people truly connect – when they dare to speak honestly, listen deeply, and see each other beyond titles or roles. My work as a Front of the Room Leader with the Co-Active Training Institute, and as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, is all about creating those moments for leaders and teams around the world.

For the past fifteen years, I have run my own leadership consultancy, coaching individual leaders, working with teams, and partnering with organizations on leadership and team effectiveness. People describe my style as warm, curious, and gently challenging – bringing both clarity and humanity to the work.

I am also a mother of two teenagers and stepmother to four wonderful adults – my greatest teachers in growing beyond and looking in the mirror. When I am not working with leaders or spending time with my family, you will find me moving – on a yoga mat, a forest trail, a tennis court – or lost in a good book.

I currently live in Luxembourg and work in German, French and English with clients around the world.
