As a certified coach and experienced group facilitator, Julie combines co-active coaching skills with creative problem-solving tools honed through 20 years as co-owner of a global marketing agency. In her private coaching practice, Hot Coffee Coaching, Julie works with coaches in certification and beyond, as well as executives from all industries, including those inside some of the biggest and best-known brands in the world. She is a frequent contributor to Forbes and a frequent speaker on topics including leadership, coaching, and creativity. In 2018, Julie binge-watched seven seasons of the TV show Scandal. As a result (and for no particular reason), she went on to earn an M.S. degree in Forensic Psychology which, as it turns out, is surprisingly useful in understanding some of the seemingly difficult clients with whom she works. Originally from Chicago, Julie works with clients everywhere most often over the internet and almost always over coffee.
