Sandra is a UK-based Master Certified Coach (MCC, CPCC) and workshop Leader. A senior faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute, she has trained thousands of people to become professional coaches over the last 15 years and is passionate about bringing out the best in people. Sandra has a warm and insightful style and is known for developing innate confidence in the people she coaches. Prior to establishing her own coaching company, Sandra worked for a number of large corporations as an HR specialist, coaching people in their career development and supporting employees at risk of redundancy. Prior to this she worked in Public Relations and found her interest and skill lay in preparing leaders to have a greater impact from a place of authenticity when giving press interviews. Sandra has a Human Givens Diploma in counselling and psychotherapy. When not working, Sandra enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, beach walking and the peaceful balance of yoga and meditation.
