Abigail is a professional coach and facilitator with over twenty five years of experience in the coaching world.

Abigail first walked into her first Co-Active Coaching course in 1999 and instantly fell in love. She became a faculty member in 2015, and since then has taught CTI’s coaching and Leadership curriculum.

Prior to coaching and training, Abigail worked as a therapist.

Abigail is known for helping everyone she supports to cultivate personal power, relational intelligence and courageous creativity in all area of their lives.

Abigail grew up as a wild hippie child on the bitsy island of Lopez in the Salish Sea. She surprised herself by returning to raise a family here. She is deeply passionate about nature and spirit-led personal transformation.  Specializing in feminine-forward leadership through in-person retreats, she has worked with thousands of leaders throughout her coaching career.

She is also the author of Walk Deep, which won the 2021 Homebound Publications Poetry Prize, The 2023 Nautilus Book Award, and was nominated for a National Pushcart Prize.

Abigail lives with her husband, Clive (also Faculty for CTI), and their children Iona and Jax on Lopez Island in the forests and on the beaches where she rambled as a child. Every morning you can find her in the island forest with her silky black lab, Bella.
