Forever fascinated by the human experience, Carlo is a seasoned coach, former C-level executive, and entrepreneur. Described as a grounding, playful, wise presence, he works with organizations, teams, and clients to elevate their consciousness, relationship effectiveness and impact. As a CTI faculty member, Carlo leads the Co-Active Coach Training courses in the public and corporate domains as well as the Co-Active Leadership Workshop and the transformational 10-month Co-Active Leadership Program.

Carlo has spent over two decades dedicated to transforming the way leaders lead around the world. From 2018 through 2023, Carlo was the Co-CEO of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and also served as a member of the Board. Prior to that, he was an entrepreneur having built his career working in one of Canada’s foremost human capital consulting firms. Holding degrees in Economics and Education/Psychology, Carlo loves to coach leaders ready to courageously challenge old paradigms and step into previously unimagined futures.

When not doing the work he loves, Carlo can be found playing tennis, camping in the woods with his family, and exploring the intersections of dreams, nature and soul.
