I’ve been coaching for over 25 years, received my CPCC in 2001, earned my PCC accreditation in 2007, and joined the Co-Active Training Institute faculty in 2009. My focus is mainly Leadership and Executive coaching, and I also love working with start-ups, entrepreneurs, non-profits, and people who are in training to become coaches. I also work with organizations and teams to help them develop, grow and increase effectiveness.
I’ve had the good fortune to work with leaders in a wide variety of organizations – from solopreneurs to Fortune 50, in nearly all industries, and many global locations. Some of my well-known clients include Apple, CapitalOne, Google, LinkedIn, Medtronic, SAP, and Visa.
I have an MBA from UCLA, a BA in Sociology with a minor in Computer Science from UCSB. I’m also a graduate of the Organizational Relational Systems Coaching program (ORSC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and certified in various assessments, e.g., MBTI, Hogan Assessment, EQi, Enneagram, StrengthsFinders, DISC, OCI and various 360-assessments.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people launching their coaching journey, helping them grow both their coaching skills and their coaching business. I’m the author of The Business of Coaching, one of the earliest coaching business books (now in its 5th edition).
Outside of work, I volunteer as an English as a Second Language instructor and as a Canine Foster Mom. When I can, I jump into my RV and travel around the Western US.
