I’ve had several careers prior to founding “Rocket Science Coaching and Consulting”, including working in higher education, practicing employment law, and helping to lead nonprofit organizations. I was previously Director of Certification and on the People & Culture team at CTI and my current CTI roles are Individual Supervisor and Examiner in the Certification Program.

A few professional highlights: I coached a team from US governmental agencies working collaboratively in Mozambique, and facilitated a think tank creating the US President’s National HIV/AIDS Strategy.

Speciality working with (1) nonprofit leaders, particularly Executive Directors and (2) academics, including teachers/professors and deans.

I foster rescue dogs to ease their transition from shelters to forever homes.
