She is also the founder and managing partner of Lea_p Leadership, a leadership development company based in London. With over 15 years of coaching experience, Emmanuelle specializes in relational leadership, helping executives and individuals embrace authenticity, foster meaningful connections, and lead with purpose.

Outside of work, Emmanuelle has been trying to master kite surfing for years though the kite often wins. When she’s not tangled in lines, she enjoys deep conversations with her partner over a glass of red wine, proving balance is easier on solid ground.
