I was born and raised in Kuwait, where I completed my education before traveling extensively through the UAE, UK, and Europe. These experiences deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity and the richness it brings to leadership and human development. I now split my time between Dubai and Barcelona—two cities I love—and work globally with clients, both in person and virtually.

My background combines learning and leadership development with strategic project management. This gives me a unique ability to bridge visionary thinking with grounded, practical execution—bringing ideas to life in a way that creates real, lasting impact.

I’ve worked with multinational organizations such as HP, AIG, and 3M for over 25 years, designing and delivering leadership development programs, from one-on-one coaching to large-scale group experiences. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, I also serve as a facilitator and certification supervisor with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).

I’m driven by a deep belief in human potential.
