I’m an executive coach and facilitator on a mission to revolutionize how we work and lead. My clients are executives, founders, coaches, and innovators who are driven by purpose.
My organizational insights are shaped by a decade in the tech industry, including a six-year stint at Twitter, where I navigated the highs and lows of a hyper-growth, high-profile environment.
Upon leaving my corporate career, I co-founded Inside Out Incubator, a women’s leadership consultancy aimed at empowering women in male-dominated industries to lead powerfully on their own terms. Over five years, we worked with more than 5,000 women leaders, helping them craft careers they love and become the kind of leaders they’d look up to.
As a faculty member at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), I train aspiring coaches and business leaders to master coaching skills that unlock talent and creativity across organizations. I love teaching at CTI because I believe the core skills we cultivate active listening, leading with curiosity, and building strong relationship are essential for fostering an empowered work culture and bridging divides in today’s world.
I identify as a white, cis-gendered, heterosexual, American woman, and my pronouns are she/her. I’m an auntie, artist, feminist, classically trained vocalist and actor with a deep love for 60’s soul music and 90’s hip hop. I am equal parts no-nonsense-New-Yorker and holistically-minded-Californian, currently based in my hometown of San Francisco, California.
