Hideki is a self-described idiot who loves to activate the idiotic part of people to make difference in their world. He is a faculty of Co-Active Training Institute’s Co-Active Leadership Program. Previously, he was engaged in organizational leadership development at multi-national corporations. He lives in Tokyo with his wife and a son and loves the performing arts.
