Joanna Cotton is a certified executive leadership coach and team facilitator who specializes in helping senior and emerging leaders, and teams maximize potential and improve performance. She has a passion for helping leaders and organizations thrive in an increasingly complex world. By creating a brave and courageous environment, she partners with her clients to develop goals that are in line with their unique values and strengths. She has a proven track record in developing impactful leaders who desire to make a positive difference in their world.

Joanna has over 30 years of experience developing and leading successful and high performing teams in sales, marketing, product innovation, and strategy. She has held successive executive positions at a number of leading educational publishing companies, as well as the world’s largest privately held international educational travel company. Beyond her coaching practice, she serves as both a volunteer coach and board member for The Women’s Impact Alliance, a non-profit organization devoted to accelerating the growth and development of women leaders in social and environmental change around the world.

After living and thriving in downtown Toronto since 1990, Joanna, her husband, and their dog, have recently re-located to Grey County where gardening, cooking, horseback riding, cycling, and hiking have become some her favourite hobbies. She is the mother of 2 adult children, and nothing brings her more pleasure than having family and friends gathered around the table.
