Jonelle is managing director of the international nniDialogue Institute (a consultancy and training provider for inclusive systemic human change), and founder chairperson of the non-for-profit nni Ignite (a movement that spreads systemic dialogue in community, national, and global level).
She has consulted, designed and facilitated inclusive transformation processes across all continents the last 20 years, for private and public entities, as well as humanitarian and development organisations. She also coaches leaders and assists leadership teams on generative change, systems resilience, diversity equity and inclusion and collective healing. Jonelle furthermore consults on inclusive, trauma- and power-aware participative democratic practices, democratic innovation, and active citizenship.
Jonelle holds master’s degrees in Psychology (Stellenbosch) and in Comparative Politics (Political Economy – London School of Economics), and is a ICF master certified coach (MCC). Bridging the gap between psychology and political science, Jonelle enjoys working with complexity, is passionate about the evolution of democracy and empowering the first waves of change towards ever greater systems awareness.
