Joni Mar is a Master Certified Coach who is passionate about elevating conscious mindsets of leaders. She has been working globally for 20 years with Fortune 500 leaders to enhance their performance and effectiveness. Clients say her style is dynamic and inspiring.

Joni has been a Co-Active Faculty member since 2003. From her home base in Vancouver, she has divided her work between North America and Asia for over a decade. As a Senior Corporate CTI leader and 5th generation Chinese Canadian, her calling is to bring Co-Active to all parts of Asia, especially Greater China.

In 2017, she introduced CTI to the Hong Kong market, launching 4 cohorts prior to Covid. She then seized the online learning appetite to expand the reach from Asia, Australia, New Zealand to the West Coast of North America, uniting hundreds of coaches on both sides of the PT.

Joni is also a Mastery Faculty member for Google, the Conscious Business Leadership Academy and the Foundation for Medical Excellence. She has designed and delivered leadership development programs for 1000+ leaders/year across the Americas, Europe and Asia. One of her innovative projects received a Brandon Hall Excellence Awards Silver Medal for best in Coaching and Mentoring.

With more than 20,000 coaching hours, Joni has advanced coach training in Neuroscience and Transformation, Creative/Reactive Mindsets, Polarities, EQ-i, Deep Democracy Conflict Resolution, and Team Coaching. She is the co-author of the Inspired Business Approach, a former award-winning TV news broadcaster for the Canadian Broadcasting Corp (CBC) and holds degrees in Psychology, Sociology and Journalism.

Co-Active has given Joni the honor of working on inspiring projects from Disney Princesses to coaching a reigning Royal Highness. Joni and her husband are both CPCCs and Co-Active Leadership grads. She is grateful for the Co-Active operating system which they and their 5 children can apply in their lives.
