Joukje onboarded as a Front of Room/Zoom leader at the beginning of the pandemic. Before being trained and certified in coaching she studied Dutch language and literature and worked 20+ years in different roles in a multicultural school in The Hague. She now coaches educators, leaders in the educational field, but also entrepreneurs, leaders in tech, construction, change management and coaches. Themes that are a thread are energy management, leadership from the inside out, reconnection to self. Outside of work Joukje loves painting, trying out new recipes, spending time with dear ones, being in nature and in musea of modern art. She holds a 880 day streak at Duolingo in Swahili lessons (and counting)
