I am passionate about helping people grow personally and professionally by connecting more deeply, living more fully and transforming the relationships that matter most in their lives. As a leadership consultant and coach, I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to evolve their leadership mindset and to thrive in complexity. At Co-Active Training Institute, I am an Associate Partner – bringing Co-Active into organizations – and Faculty member. I founded Lucent Leaders, a unique global collaboration of senior Co-Active Faculty, focused on training and coaching leaders and their teams to use Co-Active as a catalyst for accelerating the move to Creative Leadership. Because of its diverse and highly experienced Faculty, Lucent Leaders is a trusted partner for executive coaching, Leadership Circle Profile debriefs, team coaching and leadership development.

I am an ICF accredited Certified Professional Co-Active coach and NLP practitioner. My background is in Law, combined with a master’s degree in international relations. I have worked in the financial sector and non-profit, and have held several legal jobs in widely differing business and cultural contexts.
