I am Mental Fitness Coach with over 13 years of experience in Learning and Development. I hold a Master’s in Human Resource Management (CIPD). A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF.

I volunteered with the Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN), providing coaching for global organizations like the World Food Programme (WFP), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and United Nations Relief and Works Agency-UNRWA.
Contributed to support humanitarian leaders in building resilience and fostering leadership capabilities in challenging environments.

I am originally from Lebanon, but living in UAE more than 50 years! Outside of coaching, I like exploring new things with my wife, swimming as well as cooking.
