Özlem Kıyat Berber is a leadership coach, facilitator, and faculty member with a rich background spanning marketing, coaching, and leadership development. She began her career in global advertising, serving as Managing Director of Publicis Graphics from 2004 to 2008, and brings over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and client relationships.

Since 2007, Özlem has been working as an executive and team coach, partnering with leaders and organizations to support meaningful transformation. Her work focuses on leadership development and organizational relationship systems, with an emphasis on collaboration, communication, and human connection.

Özlem designs and facilitates leadership and communication programs for organizations, creating spaces where individuals and teams can grow, relate, and lead more consciously. She is a faculty member at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), contributing to coaching, certification, and leadership programs.

Fluent in Turkish, English, and French, Özlem works across cultures with ease and curiosity. She is passionate about relationships as a pathway to growth and brings both depth and warmth to her work.
